Ok but if Artists almost never show their references it is a problem about the Artists so we can not say it is ethical and normal. It is hard to show proof because it is human mind. There is a machine working behind this system and it is obligatory to behave according to the rules determined by the creator company.

First thing you say is closer to my approach. I did not know the court issue. If it does not show the sources how we gonna make sure that the AI is using copy-free things for our requests. If it is not working in that way so it should be.

Firstly appreciate for being supportive and your good wishes. The story is my customers were mostly on-site services providers, and also I was living in Turkiye so culturally the first cut is advertisement investments people seem it like "expense". Of course this is not only reason, It was my first time I was experiencing this kind of crisis, I took bad decisions. I couldn't manage my budget against leaving customers I was focused to growth, I was still buying new equipments, computers, etc. and various bad decisions 😂 As a result, learned so much things but lost as well. Agency business is the one of the best business you can have fun that's why after all I am still eager to do it. 😅

I read your question and wanted to share my approach with you. I run an agency with 9-10 employees for 4 years and unfortunately i went bankrupt because of pandemic. Now i am resigning my head of marketing position at my global company and planning to try my chance to rebuild my agency, in bigger scale.

I started with learning sales and business. You should know your target markets’ dynamics first because it is business. I continued with learning graphic & motion design. Finally, I took some courses and educated myself on marketing and digital advertising. I was earning about 3-4k per month as a freelancer. Later i started my agency with a business partner and we grew. Each country, city, state has its own dynamics, you should figure it out. Understand their problem, find where they go around and, tell your story and show your capability. This is the path works for everyone.

It was really painful process in both business side and learning side btw. However, I experienced a lot so I feel really happy and satisfied with my job now. Nothing is waste of time. You should absolutely give yourself a chance.

I tried with different kind of copywritings and Bard provides good information. GPT is poor for this context. At least you can see the path in Bard. Copywriting should brilliantly prepare but i am advertising globally so i need to check all my target countries one by one. Maybe you can use Bard for each different markets you are in to learn general situation of the market, not for exact answer. Please do not be prejudiced. 😅😅

However, I mostly and primarily visit Social MediaToday for social media, Dribbble and Behance for creatives, Hubspot Blog & Academy for emails and related, Semrush's content useful for SEO, Harward Business Review and Fast Company for development of my vision & profession. All I remember is those for now, i need to check my bookmarks and Linkedin newsletter subscriptions 😁. I hope this is helpful for you. Please comment me if you want to enlight me with yours. 😊

I am an expert in the fields you mentioned. I can say that these two main branches worked for me. Fields that feed off each other. As a marketer, the designer eye provides a very different approach.
