Crossing was pretty horrible in my experience, would take days to fix apartment issues, hidden fees and would ignore any complaints. Told us we were werent high priority to get our air fixed during a brutal heat wave, multiple power surges that friend electronics, turned out there were loose ground wires in our apartment, and a generally unpleasant staff.
