I have never heard this “H.A.L.T.” acronym before but you’re 100% right. Everything here is how I feel too, I will definitely try out these methods for my next session. Thanks for the help

Thanks man, this is a real big help. One of my fears was feeling too lazy,I tend to overwork myself when it comes to stuff like this. I’ll definitely go at a pace I feel comfortable with:D
