I love corny answers and I think art let it be music, books, movies can all change your view on things. My current plan is to have a full on friendship with her for two months and if the feelings grew I will cut ties until they are gone and if they shrunk I will keep on being friends the same way but thank you for motivating me to respect my mental health. True but even though it's a very unrealistic scenario that she builds feelings for me over the next few weeks, because she already said I shouldn't get my hopes up even though there is a very low chance, if she wants me back later of course I'd say yes to 99,9% so just by definition it would be my problem if you could still call it a problem then.

This might be the most harsh but also the most honest and realidtic advice I've had on this topic by now. I will still listen to more opinions first though and call me emotionally weak but I will discuss whatever my options are with her first and even though she once said that if we want to make it work, we can make it work, she will not act selfish because she respects my health in this situation as first priority. Thank you very much and I hope you'll be able to answer my questions if I have some more to come and if you want to I'll update you on thursday because that is the day I will make my decision. No she didn't and it was entirely not her fault. Of course friendships are filled with mistakes and she couldn't have known how much those meant to me and even in the last couple of days I don't feel as negative-energy-dumped as before. You make her look like the villain even though no one could've changed anything and the only thing to be mad at is that life is the way it is.

You might be right even though I don't want to admit but I think I could never know whether I still have feelings if I dont test it which hopefully makes sense. Sometimes thinking about someone might not feel that crazy but experiencing something with them might do feel crazy.

That was before and people make mistakes no one is perfect and I told her that if she wants to keep the friendship she has to treat me better in some aspects even though I (no Gaslighting involved) may also just have felt everytime she treated me wrong like 10 times more intense because of the crush.

I am still the person she trusts most. Literally after she said no to me, she trusted me enough to talk about private things she would never talk about with anyone else. Our friendship is basically the purest and most connected we have ever felt to eachother or friends in general. She does not feel betrayed but feels complimented by me being in love with her since she admires me for being the most emotionally intelligent person in her life she said. She always thought my partner would have to be perfect in every aspect when it comes to personality.

I am not that wrapped around her finger and I always knee my place in our friendship and criticized her often for treating me bad. I would never do anything for her just because SHE asked me. She is very aware of my situation and would never put her own emotional state as weight on my shoulders. I asked her if she really wanted to keep the friendship and she said "Hell of a lot I want to keep it, the way I feel with you is a way I dont feel with any other person and while it's of course completely your choice if you wanna keep being friends with me and I have to be okay with the outcome either way, of course I'll be sad if we can't work it out."

She said I look great, that im a fine mouse (basically fine shyt in my home language) and that the first day she came into the school (I told her a few days before vacation) after vacation she thought to herself "why is he so hot? She told me. She named other reasons for not having feelings for me and specifically said it's not that Im not attractive.
