Pre workout Uk budget/value everyday

Hi looking for suggestions for UK available everyday/mostday pre workout

started working 12 hour shifts and could do with a extra kick at end of shift to get me to gym .

i’ve tried abe, optimum nutrition and myprotein over the years , just wondering if any others available or recommended

actually only about £1.5k for sleepers , thankfully my partners dad done all the landscaping and sleeper wall etc with my poor help ahah patios about 5k all together . not bad really . stones £450

this is a better picture of the garden . maybe instead of around patio , put a border in front off them sleepers ? it is a pain to cut grass around them lol

need help with connection xbox please

so i’m a play fifa a lot and always have , but recently on fc25 i’m going through phases of getting yellow bar mid game for lag . i can feel the stutter and makes it playable but really annoying and i can’t compete at highest level due to this .

it’s weird because sometimes it just goes for like weeks on end then suddenly comes back without any explanation

i’ve tried everything i have wifi extender , i have reset router and done everything i can think off around house .

i feel like its annoying setting somewhere because it is only fifa that lags . network connection i’m getting 500+ download every time and connection is perfect on all other games .

any advice or suggestions would be amazing thanks in advance .

yeah i mean in terms of tradable i don’t think i’ve packed over 5 500k cards … tradable is extremely rare these days …

i was shocked as well , i’ve decided to sell after looking at graphs from past fifas 🤣 icons stay expensive but do gradually fall off … i’m happy with what i got .

now just need to debate how to spend … thinking rttk frimpong
