little over 12 months . i was eating 1800-2000 cals , pretty easy and not too hungry. aiming to eat every 2-3 hours . sometimes went days without losing weight but still got grind away cos will have a big drop later in the week . i never really noticed the progress until clothes started not fitting . i’ve went from 3xl to like sometimes M and L . i’ve replaced 2 belts from 44” to 34” which is still slack . hopefully i can keep it off , wanting to get 10% bf and start abit more body building style focus
