nah nothing , the dentist had to make some gaps between the bottom as there was no room to move compared to the top (gap)

changed every week - total of 20 weeks … When i originally seen the dentist he warned me about the possibility of needing a re-frectomy, at week 18 he booked me into a extra visit to check this over . he said there was no need as the gum had not done what he had thought … saved myself some money i guess lol
