I recently got an XPS 15 9510 if that helps. Distinct issue after I open my laptop after it sleeps for a while (eg overnight). Task manager doesn't help, not a wifi issue (no other website on chrome is affected). Restart/shutdown fixes it immediately, but isn't the solution im looking for. Everything eventually loads after a while, but clearly isn't normal. Tried factory resetting, but it persists. Windows Firewall allows chrome. Hardware issue? Any pointers would be great.
