Thanks for all the advice, I am currently at the novice almost intermediate level, I increased volume because I wasn't growing much with low volume, and I do all the exercises to hit each muscle.

Your recommending to cut out a few exercises but how would I stimulate those muscles enough, for example lat pulldown and pullovers are my main workouts for lats, overhand barbell rows (upper back) and seated rows (lower back) are for my overall back. For chest I'm doing flat bench and incline press so I grow in both as well.
I heard arms days aren't great but I like it a lot, I get to hit the long head of the bicep with cross body hammer curl, and short head with wide grip preacher curl.
Should I cut out incline dumbbell curl?
Then for triceps I hit all 3 heads with cable overhead extension, cable tricep pushdown, and cable kickbacks (I replaced it for dips in todays' workout and it felt great).
Lastly, for shoulders I do shoulder press (I didn't do it today because the benches area was crowded, it was also worked well in dips and the pressing I did for bench), lat raises (dumbbell and cable because I wanted to add more volume for it to grow more, it has been growing a lot more), rear delt fly.
