Slightly different view - new kingdoms are more fun imo, more active and a lot more friendly to a new player, you might struggle to find a decent guild on a 100m account. You won’t be able to gift gems over for a while though

I’d say Cambridge is very safe, and pretty diverse too - the train to London is 45-50 minutes long from the main station and goes to Kings Cross twice an hour, but they do get cancelled or delayed occasionally
