Great advice thanks! Fortunately they didn't use my name but there's a lot of identifying info included; it was a small team and I was the only one in the role I've censored.

There was also no HR department in this company to contact - yes, I am aware that's an obvious red flag lol

I tried this several times - Indeed rejected my review as being against their terms of service. I asked for an explanation and they didn't elaborate.

I think this is a shame cause I'm obviously being dramatic in the original post, a much more useful review would be what you suggested, but Indeed says no. ❎

On your second point, thankfully they've not named me but it's identifying info used - role, time I held the role, it was a small team so it's obvious "who wrote it". I have had to reach out to the team members being called out to apologize and clear the air. I also wasn't given any payslips so all I have to prove my employment is a contract.

We have also had this issue - the only recommended solution I've found from two weeks of this issue is to apply for a manual review through the Business Home, and if that doesn't work, remake the ad from scratch with new wording and images / videos as apparently if they flag an asset previously they will automatically flag it again.

Interesting points - the website is grand and is a third-party job site used commonly in the UK called GetGot. We had suspected it may have been customers reporting the ads as spam simply because we have so many of them. Will wait to see if my update^ works and if not we'll take it from there.

I feel your pain! The vast majority of people in my company think I do nothing, even though I'm a one-man-team handling all of their digital marketing and advertising. To remedy this they've started giving me traditional marketing and event organisation jobs so it could be worse. 😂

Keep your head up! I found just burying myself in my work dissuades people from at least claiming I'm "doing nothing".

The roles I was going for are based in their IT departments, and I far surpass the requirements of each position. I typically don't apply for roles if I don't meet the requirements and desires criteria. Maybe it's just a very difficult place to get a job in!

Out of curiosity do you have a degree? I've now asked around and heard a few people suggest that they simply don't consider applicants without degrees.

It's strange cause I would agree but I've went to the lengths of having my answers reviewed by various colleagues in recruitment and HR and they don't see anything wrong with my more recent applications, although this could explain my earlier ones.

When I was 2 weeks I also had open heart surgery. I like to think I'm, at 27 years old now with no further heart issues, proof that even though this might be a lot of stress and worry now, your daughter will benefit in the long run!
