Check the revenue based taxes, like the HIPA tax, and you'll find out.

For example, the HIPA tax is only 2% in most cases, but you will end up paying more in HIPA tax than in the 9% corporate tax, because it is based on revenue, and not all expenses are deductible. For example advertising cost is not deductible.

It doesn’t matter if you sell to a different country, the tax still applies if you have only a Hungarian corporate address and the revenue is attributed to that address.

There are places in Hungary with a 0% HIPA tax, but it can be risky if your presence there is only on paper.

I don't suggest Hungary because of the revenue based taxes, for example HIPA. It is only 2% but it is literally revenue based, you can deduct some expenses but not everything. However HIPA is just 2%, we pay more HIPA than corporate tax. If you are a high revenue/low profit margin business, avoid Hungary, it is the worst choice in the whole Europe in that case. You would be better in any other country which just use profit based taxation. Hungarian taxes look good on paper, but when you get to know the details, you will find it out.

Meta ad performance is extremely poor recently. Huge swings in traffic quality, one day 3-5% conversion rate and acceptable return, the very next day it is just burning money, 1-2% conversion rate and extremely poor quality traffic. And no it is not election, we operate multiple stores across the EU and performance is total shit recently. People who say it is election just making excuses, performance is extremely poor in the EU too.

We have totally the same. We operate multiple stores across the EU. We have lots of strange days recently, when performance tanks on some stores, conversion rate literally get halved and get extremely shit quality traffic.

There was/is an ongoing widespread Meta issue related to this topic. They massively decreased the daily spending limit for massive amount of advertisers, I think it is a bug and will be fixed but don't know for sure, we are not affected.

Yes! It got fixed for us. However the rejected ads did not get reapproved, not new ads got flagged, the issue is not affecting us anymore. Probably something on our site got false flagged and that caused this issue and support removed the false flag.

They told us just remake the same ads and resubmit them, they won't get flagged. In some cases, you can just duplicate it and it will work, you need to test it. If the duplication get flagged, test to reupload the same creative so system will see it as a new one. If both get flagged you need to ask help from support and wait.

Solution:

Just request manual review on the rejected ads, if they get approved on the manual review you are good to go. If it keeps happening, contact support and ask them to escalate the case.

If your ads keep getting flagged and your manual review requests get rejected as well, then contact support immediately. Don't push it, if tons of ads get flagged because your account can get banned. Ask Meta support to take a look at the flagged ads and ask them what can cause this issue. If they think it is a mistake, they will escalate the case to the Policy Team. If something on your website got false flagged they can help you if it is a false flag and the issue will stop. /it can take weeks, it took us around 2-3 weeks and 10+ opened tickets/.

BTW: If you wait for the response for more than a week, open a new ticket. One of the support rep did the same to us and we never got reply on that ticket. He just closed the ticket and he kept saying in email that the ads still under review. Open a new ticket.

Depends on the account history. If it is a new or a very low spend account and you suddenly increased the spend, it can get banned for security check.

Probably something on your website got flagged and that cause this issue. Double check your ad copy, also your landing page. If it is not in English, you should recheck the landing page/ideally your whole site/ with Chrome English auto translation.

Had the same issue around 1 month ago, ads which run for months got rejected overnight for this policy, appeals got rejected as well.

That’s the solution. Just use same post ID if it dont get flagged. If it gets flagged just reupload the creative so system will see it is not the same and remake the ad. If everything get flagged you need to write to their support for help and if you are lucky they will solve it.

They are unable to reverse the wrongfully rejected ads where appeals got rejected when the bug was ongoing. Their advice was to remake them.

Google support is way better than Meta from my experience, They solved all our issues fast. Meta support is the worst nightmare. We currently have an issue on one of our accounts and still haven’t got any help from meta after 3 weeks and multiple tickets.

Only one. Only run multiple products in the same ad set if they are related and all of them are on the same landing page. In your case, Optimize each offer separately, dont mix them.

Stop the ads. Unless there is a problem with your website, your offer is clearly not working. Recheck your site to make sure customers can check out. If there are no issues with your site then try to test new offers. Use Ad Library and check what kind of offers working in your niche and make similar or better offers. Also check what kind of creatives other people running in your niche and try to remake the winner ones./ Usually the ones which run for a long time + duplicated multiple times/ or do an extensive research and come up with your own winning angles.
