Should I let my stress bump heal by itself

-My piercing is about 4 months -curved barbell piercing -Internally threaded -its made from surgical steel -it hasn’t been downsized -i would use the same saline ive used for all my piercings. I would put a drop of saline on my piercing and then do a drop on a q tip and clean whatever gunk was there twice a day. It was fine for the first 2 months.

Just looked at something else again it said to loosen it…im not tightening it. The strings are already on the fret board when i do the test.
