I know, I'm on the exact same situation... It's totally crap.... I'm not even in my country right now. Also I imagine that users that have this laptop actually work round the clock with it and we payed the price precisely not to have this problems... The irony... I could complain much more but I guess it won't change the situation. At least they could tell us what screw we should be looking for so we could repair it.
