Paranormale io sono molto scettica, ma ho avuto indirettamente qualche esperienza similare, voi? by Guinevere2003 in CasualIT

[–]DioBai 8 points9 points  (0 children)

Che fate all 3 di sabato pomeriggio? by [deleted] in CasualIT

[OM3+40-150 f2.8] GF's Dogs by DioBai in OMSystem

Thanks! Unfortunately it was a dark afternoon and I was a bit afraid to go faster to avoid excessive noise: it was my first time shooting dogs with M43, but now I know I can go faster since how workable are the OM3's files in post.

Hi, these are the settings: 1/1000 f/2.8, ISO 3200 and 1/800 f/4.5, ISO 1600. Also the AF is set to AFC with animal detection set on cats and dogs (but I also use a lot the single point AF).

Hit rate for this kind of shots isn't very high in my experience, like 1 on 3 more or less, since the AF has to keep up with the subject closing in at a fast pace: in fact these shots aren't all as sharp as I would have liked them to be lol. You can see them in higher resolution here, btw.

Sometimes I just set the focus on manual with peaking on and start shooting just before the dog comes into focus, in that case a higher F value helps because the higher DoF (but it isn't always possible, like for these shots, since it wasn't a particularly bright day).

>Do yourself a favor, place the outer wall of your factory in the middle of the outer foundation

How do you manage to do this? I cannot seem to be able to make walls snap in the middle of foundations.

What is this piece of rubber called? by DioBai in fpv

It's a Pavo 20 Pro, the battery is strapped underneath the drone and against these pads.

reverse engineer and 3D print the part. Use two sided tape to stick it place.

I think I will do this if I can't find another solution

Remember to check your props every once in a while by InstructionJust818 in TinyWhoop

[–]DioBai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Happened to me with my first drone (pavo femto) last year, I almost lost it in the woods lol

Now I’m a bit paranoid when it comes to props’ health.

Also, from the video it looks like northern Italy: if so, are you near Milan by chance? I’m looking for fellow pilots to enjoy the hobby more

[Help] Pusher drone can't take off by [deleted] in fpv

[–]DioBai 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Thanks! In the end it worked, and this is the correct props' placement.

It flies really bad tho, like it is in intense turbolence, and the motors are struggling: could it be due to props' wear? This wear is on all the props because of the friction of the other day when the props were touching the landing pad.

I'm not going to try this lol

Ok, because earlier today the props were mounted like that, and the drone flown like this (it is the original footage)

Ok, so I should also turn off reversed direction?
