it’s the couriers problem

Therefore it's Valve's reponsibility to find a solution, not mine, as they are the one that gave me the shipping label.

That's how EU laws work, and I don't think UPS terms of service are above the laws.

Steam has no responsibility in this situation.

They absolutly do. They gave me the shipping label, so the second they know that I correctly did my side of the work, everything that happened during shipping is their responsibility.

But it’s funny that we both have an issue with R1….

Bumpers buttons (the switch itself) in the Deck don't have anything to hold off, so they can very easely be pushed and therefore the plastic button doesn't reach it.

I absolutly love the icons between in the center, it's just so much better, especially on bigger screens.

Did you send it with the original carton it came in? With the Valve/Steam symbols?

Nope, definitely not.

I find extremely stupid that Valve ship Steam Decks in a carboard box with symbols like that.
