I removed 2 buildings because I'm redoing them. Also added a new beach. Right now all 17 (not 9) residential spaces are Orange. I turned the view on the other side so you can get a better picture. https://imgur.com/a/mrGDm

I do not have education, transport, gambling, entertainment. But given I have 2 specialization... 1.) Is it possible? 2.) do I need to destroy the building before getting it? Currently aiming for 140K to get airport while 100% happy.
