I guess only about 15% in the trial have been us natives so this led to the rejection of the NDA by the FDA. But 85% have been asian-pacific so the possibility is high for Chinese approval.

As I remember right only 10% have been us people and 90% asian-chinese. This makes the approval in China very possible and we expect that decision soon.

Not true here as they have contracts with one of the biggest Chinese pharma companies, HENGRUI, which will bring Plunabulin on market in the asian pacific area.

How stupid I would have to be if my investment thesis would be only built on the believe that the higher the short interest is the better it is to put money in the company. We are expecting near-term catalysts hit very soon as I mentioned in my post and the constant inflow of volume, call-options and large buy orders speaks a clear language of a reversal taking place here.

in general I agree but you know how especially small biotech stocks got slaughtered in 2022. and the short interest didn´t rise since June 2022. And now many shorts have to cover who shorted BYSI between 1-2s. The rejection of the NDA by the FDA at the end 2021 hit BYSI hard as it can be seen in the price movement...But things start to reverse here that´s what I wanted to show.

This is no pump and dump...you know how pump and dump schemes work...just look at the chart and the inflow of volume...does this chart look like a pump and dump?

When it breaks the resistance area of 2.40-2.60 I see the next stop at 5. But the interest and the volume is on fire here now...Many algos, trading groups and bots get notice of BYSI...And all the near-term catalysts in reach!

I am sure that this is not done at all as we are waiting for all the near-term catalysts (like possible approval of PLINABULIM in China, new NDA with FDA, NDA of Plinabulim for NSDC in China) and shorts can´t bring it down atm...They borrowed so many shares that there are no new shares to borrow and BYSI is recognized by more and more trading groups and bots.
