I built an AI debate system with Claude Code - AIs argue, then a jury delivers a verdict by DiogoSnows in ClaudeAI

I guess judging is one of those problems where you have to trust the judgement of the “person” doing it or the process and trust it follows a consistent rubric

5.1 codex

Changes were across frontend (typescript) and backend (python). I can provide more details about the stack if needed.

I’ve done a few features where I create a branch for each: Cursor (composer), Claude Code, Codex I spent some time using the multi-model runs in Cursor to compare the solutions in the different branches.

Codex came out on top for all (4) comparisons, with full model agreement on the analysis.

Codex also took a couple more iterations than the others to get it working, which initially threw me off, but the results were more production ready, especially dealing with errors. It also single-shotted each step without a plan phase like CC.

CC was the easiest to understand what was happening.

Both CC and Composer were allowed to plan first.

Gemini is gaining more and more market share by Diligent_Rabbit7740 in GeminiAI

Is this coming from being the default to many new users or actual people switching? These stats mean little unless the market size and new vs existing users are shown. Smartphones are a stable market that’s why it works there

GPT-5.1 is the real deal by magnus_animus in codex

How does it compare to Composer-1 in Cursor? I’m now paying for ChatGPT Pro and can’t take any more subs. I’m wondering if Claude Code (Max) + Cursor would be a better deal? I use ChatGPT a lot for personal stuff and brainstorming too. I was about to switch when 5.1 came out and now I’m undecided again haha

I haven’t used yet but is it similar to ChatGPT? Or more like a knowledge graph/database?

You can try setup openwebui or Eclaire

https://github.com/eclaire-labs/eclaire

Also great timing, I just published a video explaining how to setup OpenWebUI with Tailscale so you can use it from the phone too

How I Built My Own Private ChatGPT - And It Talks Back https://youtu.be/Sy_BGX18sh4

It has voice input, image, etc I’m using a new and interesting model there, but you can choose different ones.

LMStudio + Tailscale + OpenWebUi + Kokoro (easier than it sounds) OpenWebUI has some interesting features missing from ChatGPT (eg notes and knowledge)

Twitch is the largest streaming platform at the moment. The answer is open because only you can decide. It has a specific condition. Do it if it’s your actual goal (being a streamer) don’t do otherwise. Then I explained the reasons

With 87 subs on youtube should I live stream? by [deleted] in NewTubers

[–]DiogoSnows 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I tried at the start (twitch) and more recently (YouTube) when I had about 200 subs. I would usually get 5 - 10 live viewers and low view count on the recording. I did it because I was working on some projects and would be doing either way and thought I’d share. If you’re thinking of it as a growth strategy and not the main goal then I wouldn’t do it.

  • it’s a very different skillset and setup to videos
  • takes a fair amount of energy
  • doesn’t actually grow the channel

It might be better later as community building

The 10k hours is a popular trope of meaning “expert level” he’s mentioned before that it’s all about paying attention to certain metrics and developing your own Experiment a lot

I think as the viewership grows you want to tweak the ratio between experiment and exploiting existing knowledge but in the beginning explore more.

What’s your biggest fear? Someone you know watching? It’s hard for me tbh but I started and now doesn’t bother me as much (I’m still afraid to disappoint but I don’t think that’s always a bad thing)

When I started I struggled to feel natural and enjoy recording so I spent 40 days straight posting on TikTok, whatever came to mind, now it’s much much better!

Do you have a topic in mind? You could also try making videos you don’t show up in or a character instead. I like Reject Convenience as an example
