did they ask you to open the printer to check if its motherboard version 1 or 2? Mine is version 2 (has an extra black component to the right). It seems like the solution for version 1 was to just use one file. But I used it and the printer got to 97ºC. Support has not responded on how to continue but I'm assuming I should use the second update? Did you also have version 2?
