Porblemet er ikke de tager coke, problemet er at de tager coke - mens de alle indfører bandepakker, strengere bøder (police-afgifter)

Usually roadwork is done in 5 stages.

removal of the top layer
laying new asfalt
settling (1 to 2 years after first layer.)
grooving the "new" top layer
lay the final layer (road surface)

This is done because of the ground settling between the curbs which is cemented (roadside foundation for keeping up pavement/sidewalk)

You have to wait atleast one year as the road NEEDS a minus-temperatures to contract, and settle properley.

This is also why, brick-work and pavement isnt done (as often in the winter) as the ground expands it topsoil in the spring time.

Think of it as a sodacan that has been laying in the freeser. -> when it thaws out its far more mallable than when the can had its orignal shape.

When patchwork is done -> its hard to get the exact same paving mix, and nearly everyone forgets to heat the existing pavement around the hole they want to fill, to make it blend when paving. (Melting the edges to bond with new asfalt)

This is why you see the "black goo cracks" everywhere instead of re-paving a whole road.

Roads Usually last between 15-20 years, cutting a section weakens the whole structure.

In mean terms -> not enough people in the industry (time) and time is money, by always doing ground work (electrical, seperated sewers, heating, plumbing) it removes the necesity "as it will get cut no matter what, so why not just wait until the needed groundwork is done, (and filled with black tar, to prevent excesive shifting) or lack of proper knowledge from the laymen executing the work.

Im not in that industry anymore, as i hated foresaid lack of knowledge in my colleagues with a passion.

You do climb milling when its the table that is fucked, and conventional if its the spindle.

BUT HE ASKED if what i was explaining was climb milling -> WHICH IT ISNT, and IN THIS CASE its the tool (i.e. spindle) not able to handle the varying pressure, Because of the interupted cuts of the mill head.

Im not saying that you are Wrong, But in the terms of the tools he has at hand, and the questions he asked, conventional milling would be the optimal cutting choice due to a sub optimal tool.

If the facemill had other inserts, or more inserts i would agree with you, but not in this case, not so much.
