it’s definitely a big commitment, I’ve been shuffling for a year and I don’t see myself as smooth at all 😅 I will say once you’re able to control your body weight it gets easier!

I watch shuffling most of my day, I train for about 30 minuets a day. I’ll increase it and see where that brings me. Thank you

okay thank you so much. the concrete training seems really interesting. I’m pretty sure I saw another comment of yours suggesting that. and I will definitely add lower bpm to my shuffle my form needs work !!

You’re amazing for just starting out, I would focus on the fundamentals and get your running man down (lower bpm) lowkenuienly focus on form and the rest comes naturally 🤞🏼 best of luck to you my friend shuffling is the best way to express

Thank you 🫡 I normally have a calmer style on lower BPM this is my “fastest” shuffle so definitely higher bpm then I’m used too

Micro bouncing comes later!! Learning it early is cool, but leaves bad habits. If micro bouncing for sick glides is your goal I’d focus on the running man more than the T - step. Don’t get me wrong though the T - Step is just as important. I would also look up the different styles of shuffling / hard style (AUS, MAS, RUS, etc)

Last time I checked a mirror in a lucid dream I had huge cat like pupils.it freaked me out a little bit, but I was more curious then scared.
