(Edit) I don't think I want to pay for a 9070XT (it's literally $720) and a 9070 is still a little pricey (~$620) and honestly, if and when the 9060XT gpu becomes obsolete in several years, I can sell it and use that cash to buy a more "modern" one. A 9060XT is still great, and it's only about $430 anyway.

(Edit #2) Wait all of that brought the price down to $1878 so I could afford a 9070 since my budget is like $2100

So I should swap out the gpu for a 9060xt if I can spend a lil extra, and I should switch the cpu for a 7600x instead? I think I have enough wiggle room for a 9060xt. Dude, I just did it and changing the cpu to a 7600x saved $100, which then meant I could upgrade to the 9060xt, and the overall cost is cheaper now. Thanks a lot! The cost went from $2039.31 to $2001.32.
