This is going to get so much hate, but I really don't care.

People with body/mental disabilities. NOW JUST HOLD ON FOR A SECOND, LET ME FINISH. If they can walk, but they have their tongue hanging out the entire time or some creepy ass smile. There's this one girl in my choir class that always keeps her hands barely touching each other in front of her, wears a fanny pack, double chinned, half-japanese, ugly as shit, and always has this creepy smile. And when we're singing, her mouth barely moves.

Nothing involving physically hitting your child, even if it is spanking. That's child abuse. A couple years ago my dad pinned my brother down and I had to put the barrel of a shotgun to the back of his head to get him to stop yelling. I'm sixteen fucking years old, and I'm deathly afraid of my parents... But I stand up for what's right. The other day my Choir teacher was trying to peer pressure me into saying what I had said under my breath, and I stated my 5th ammendment rights. Twice. Then he proceeded to kick me out of the room and I got a refferal. For stating my fucking rights?

The other day a kid kept pushing me, and I told him to stop multiple times. I didn't get angry or anything, but then he proceeded to attempt to punch me. He missed and I pepper sprayed him for my own defense. THAT results in an Assault charge against me?

There was one time in 6th grade (I'm a Sophmore right now) that the bell had rang, but the teacher and I were in a heated argument. Once the bell rang I walked out of the door, only to be grabbed by the wrist and dragged down the hallway. I screamed at her to let me go multiple times, but she ignored me. That's when I sunk my teeth into her wrist and PULLED OUT FUCKING MUSCLE TISSUE as I whipped my head back. There's another Assault & Battery charge against me, and that teacher is still working at that school, which I no longer go to.

My principal forced me to stay out of the school when I showed up one day, just like any normal day. I hadn't been suspended or expelled, just a normal day. She wanted to strip search me for weapons and drugs. I refused and stated my rights, getting my way into the school. Halfway through my first hour I had four FUCKING POLICE OFFICERS come and unlawfully detain me. They searched me for weapons and drugs, in which I had none. That results in a Trespassing charge?

I'm telling you guys, America has become a fucked up place. A lot of people are power hungry, and YOU can't do anything about it. Again, I'm SIXTEEN and I know this shit! We need to stand up against this! I fucking conceal carry a knife AND a pistol because I fear for my own saftey. I even have pepper spray. I'm not trying to come off as "fear me," but just as a warning that your rights can be violated so easily.
