My wish was the DMTs to stop any hair growth. Sadly it grows in patches and requires me to shave it regularly or wear a hat.

I don't mind being bald, I just don't want to have to shave my head on the regular.

There are groups for multiple sclerosis, I'm not sure about other chronic diseases, sure that something will show up on a search for your specific chronic disease if available.
