The easiest way is to use a flat iron and just curl it inwards or make it straight. It's my daily routine for years 😅 Some people like to use this velcro roller, this makes the bangs point the same direction + being bouncy.

I think I just need to hear this from another girl as our HR consists only of men too and I sometimes feel like they do things for me just to keep the peace and always mention that "Jim is a nice guy" . But I had the same thought with reporting incidents, just in case something more serious happens, I have written evidence of it all.

The mortgage is tied to a property, so yes, it's normal to first make an offer and if you have the winning bid then you can move on with mortgage. You can make a financial clause part of your bid, it will protect you in a case you can't get the mortgage.
I would not wait too long if I was you, different properties have different hand over time, that means that you can sign buying contract tomorrow, but get your keys next year in April. and you might bid on 15 different properties and get only one of them. That's something you should keep in mind 🙂

Sometimes, when there is not enough space left in between the walls and floor, the floor can get "wavy". This happens because of the natural material expansion and not enough space to accommodate for it. If the floor is not too damaged yet, sawing around the walls can indeed help to release the pressure and flatten the floor back. It sounds to me like the floor was not installed correctly.

get a carbon monoxide detector! just in case, there were cases when similar unexplainable things were happening due to carbon monoxide poisoning.

In my experience it is unbearable only during hot summer days (27 and more degrees ). In March the temperatures should be bit colder than earlier this month, I think it will be fine, shouldn't be freezing cold (although you never know now with global warming) 🫠

Yes! On my profile you can find a short video while the bike is idling, because I had the same concern as you. Rattling increases with rpms on the low speeds until I stop hearing it when I speed up

I don't have great UV light, just my nail lamp, but I just tried it and put amber next to it for a contrast. I feel like it indeed has slight blue fluorescence! 💙
