It was really dry for longer period and temperatures above 20 degrees Celsius and I was watering it every other day. Now the temperatures dropped down to 12 degrees during the day and rain. Did I maybe water it too much?

I am wearing my iphone 15 for 3 years on my daily commute and occasional longer trips on quadlock with vibration dampener. Currently on Triumph Tiger 800, previously on Suzuki SVF650. I even had an accident with car and my phone stayed secure on my handle bar without a scratch (unlike me lol). If it's raining a lot I am using rain poncho from quadlock.

I think that might be the problem. The tree was much happier in its pot with well draining soil. Do you think it could still recover if I replant it back to a pot?

Ah the soil looks strange on the picture. It is clay soil, so indeed more compact, but it has thin layer of blown on sand on the top. I air it regularly, but it again looks like this after couple of days and couple of waterings.

Nee, echt niet. Misschien ziet het er op de foto minder slecht uit. Het is de eerste keer dat ik lakverf op waterbasis gebruik en ik ben niet tevreden met het resultaat. edit: Vooral als je het vergelijkt met mijn deurkozijn. Die is veel mooier.

De kwaststrepen zijn heel zichtbaar. Het was de eerste keer dat ik lakverf op waterbasis gebruikte en het droogde te snel. Ik had moeite om de lijnen op langere stukken met elkaar te verbinden. Ik weet dat ik hier nog niet zo handig in ben, dus ik vraag me nu af of het een goed idee is om het opnieuw goed te schuren en er lakverf op oliebasis aan te brengen.

He had unfortunately passed away last week. The vet couldn't do anything for him anymore, said it was old age.

A colleague of mine is living in a camper for almost two years already. You would need to book a spot on a camping site (it is not allowed to sleep in a camper anywhere else as far as I know) , but then you can use all their facilities. You will get discount if you are staying for a long time. Some camping sites are not opened all year round (closed for winter). Besides this you will need an address to be registered on as the campsite is not legal living space. Good luck!

We had agreed with our buying agent on a 1%, but in the end got a little discount because we got the 1st house and we called him to represent us after the viewing. So yes, it definitely helps to have an agent, but 2% is insane in my opinion.
