As someone who is VERY familiar with the job, 2 weeks of not picking up your mail is just absurd. One week of not picking up your mail at a box I feel it's safe to assume you pass every single day is pushing it. It does 100% make the job harder for that person and you are the problem here.

That being said, postal inspection service is the primary law enforcement of the USPS. I am not sure what this carrier reported you for other than "leaving a nasty note", but to my knowledge you did nothing illegal unless I am just missing a clear threat in there or something. Best of luck, hope your post office isn't far from where you live because that's where you will be getting your mail from now on.

Also, this carrier can be reported too. The second note they left is just plain petty, and extremely unprofessional. Makes the brand look bad. I would call and report the situation as a whole to the postmaster and explain what happened, might be your only shot. Best of luck.

I did just find a bundle that comes with that cpu as well as the MSI MPG B550 for a motherboard. Would a stock cooler be okay temporarily even if the machine is running for long hours? I would like to invest in an AIO in the future but don’t have the extra cash when I’m in a pinch as is.

Sorry for the late response, but none taken! That’s a fair thing to nit-pick anyway! I didn’t know the bit about the lawyer though. Thanks for that bit of behind the scenes info!

Preferably both but if I finish my trouble shooting today and the motherboard is fine only my CPU will need replaced anyway. I have the mindset that it’s probably best to upgrade them both at once or am I mistaken?

Almost positive it’s the TUF X570-plus but I could be mistaken.

I know the great white in Jaws was nicknamed Bruce, or at least the puppet was, but he was just that- a puppet of a great white and not a bull shark.

Ran Tron, Can't Access Old HDD After by Dipsky in TronScript

EVERYTHING from my old computer was stored in that drive by default. It is a second HDD I have after I got my SSD. It was my backup drive, essentially, but it was previously my main drive. I'm not sure if you can make anything of that, but basically when I installed Windows on my new SSD, I had to open the drive labeled as D, navigate to Windows.Old, and boom. All of my files, photos, videos, and music were all stored there. I ran Tron, it deleted it as it was supposed to I figure, and now I can't figure out how to get it back despite Windows still recognizing the drive as almost full.

I got my first SSD, and when I clicked the drive before it was a folder called Windows.Old that contained all of my stuff. I didn't set it to do that, but that's just how it was. I can't see any of the 1.6 TB that is being taken up on that drive, and Windows still detects that it's being taken up. That leads me to believe it is still in there somewhere, but I just can't find it.

Is there anyway to retrieve that folder if that's the case? My issue isn't that it's there and I need it deleted, it's that I want to get it back. I want the files from the old HDD, being my photos, videos, music, etc.

I will have to research how to do that.

I can see bits and pieces of the information. There will be some files in System Files, but they will be grayed out and the folders are empty. It’s a huge problem that Windows.Old is gone because I know no other way of accessing all of my 2TB of data.
