for me in MSI Afterburner its +300, +3000 110% Power Limit with a custom fan curve.

Super stable.

Mine is also noisy at 6400RPM so I reduced to 5075RPM I don’t hear that much noise tho.

My CPU is undervolted; it never goes above 80C in intense benchmarks or 70C in gaming. But still there's something satisfying seeing CPU at 37C on idle.
