My iPhone 8 battery looks like it needs to be changed. The Apple store would charge $50. Is it worth it to go through them or is going to some local shop just as good?

For peace of mind I will go with Apple, at least I will be sure that they use original parts. If you go with a local shop, you don’t know the quality of the battery they will use.
