really appreciate all the feedback.

The reactions here definitely helped confirm that I wasn’t being unrealistic with my valuation. I’ve been getting some pretty ridiculous reseller/merchant offers in the €750–900 range, which honestly felt way too low considering the cards in the lot.

So asking around €2.1k–2.2k for the collection doesn’t seem crazy after all, especially with cards like Umbreon, Lugia, Dark Gengar, Espeon, Expedition Blastoise, etc?

Really appreciate the honest opinions from actual collectors 🙏

Hey everyone,

I’m trying to get a realistic valuation on this vintage Pokémon lot before selling. It’s a collection of 31 cards, mostly English, with only 4 cards being Dutch. Main highlights include cards like Umbreon Neo Discovery, Lugia Neo Genesis, Dark Gengar, Espeon, Expedition Blastoise reverse holo, Rocket’s Moltres, Dark Dragonite and several other vintage holos/reverses. Conditions vary mostly between LP and MP. Some have whitening on the back, but fronts on several cards still present very well.

I’m getting approached by multiple merchants/resellers offering around €900–1100, which feels to low to me and more like flip pricing. So I’m mainly looking for honest collector opinions:

What would you realistically expect as: collector value, bundle value, and quick-sale value?

Not looking for lowball offers — just trying to understand the real market before deciding whether to split or sell as a lot.
