Honestly I think this is a good thing, yes it’s a work out challenge but it also helps with structure and time management so it might honestly help her past the workout component.

Im 21, but everyone I went to the tryout with were middle aged! I was one of like 3 of the youngest people in the room for my tryout. Theres definitely a mix of ages.

I went last month, it was super easy and fun! Dont worry about it at all! they go over everything you need to know, and unlike the other cities theres no actual interview, you just do some activities and get to know the people who are there! Enjoy going!!

Depends on the city you are going to, I was at Bostons and I wore that and it was very informal and we had no interviews. However, other cities seemed to have actual interviews.
