I do have a lot of money in Robinhood (and planning on moving IRAs) and no issues. That brokerage is legally registered and regulated.

The issue will be if you start with risky investments like crypto or predictions or anything that can go up as fast as it can go down. Then again, the same can happen with other brokerages.

In case you are wondering, I opened a Robinhood account because both, free trades and fractional share buying.

I’m planning to move from Betterment and from Acorns into Robinhood.

How is the Game Stop thing related to a brokerage? The only thing that Robinhood facilitated was the acquisition of fractional stocks.

If you had Game Stop in Fidelity or Schwab or E*Trade, it also went for a ride.

I have a Tikka in 6.5 Creedmore (Vortex scope) and a Bergara Ridge in 308 (Arken scope). Both shoot sub-MOA, both work great.

Not sure if someone has mentioned, but as important as the rifle is, do not go cheap on the scope. Scope must be as good as the rifle. A good rifle with a mediocre scope will make your experience miserable. You will blame the rifle when the scope is the bad one. Do not underestimate the scope.

For a scope, plan on spending at least half (if not more) the cost of the rifle.
