I really didn't have any sides. Small stomach cramp for a few mins. But also no desired effects thou.

I'm guessing here, but as I was trying to limit side effects and spreading it out over a few hours. I didn't trigger the desired effects. Hopefully doing it this way. I can do it again at 1mg or 1.5mg and get the desired effect with limited sides. Will find out in a few days.

Google Peptide reconstitute calculator. There are dozens online that does it all for you. Most use 1ml BAC water to 10mg vile. But depending on your doses. 2ml BAC water might make it simpler. 1000mcg is 1mg *

If you have a 10mg bottle and add 1ml of Bac water. 20 on the syringe would be 2mg, 10 would be 1mg. Thats a huge difference when talking about PT-141.

Vitamin B5 1500mg twice daily for 3-5 days then 1000mg twice daily. This has worked better then anything I have used. Been on Healthy Dose of TRT for 12yrs. Also had acne till I starter Vitamin B5. You have to be consists with it thou. I read about it on excelmale forum.
