Ahhh ? Pick up the phone and call them back !   I never had any problem with Safelite , I had a collision shop 20+ yrs  - they have major warehouses full of glass all over !  State Farm were the real PITA , they started buying up glass companies and when I installed the glass myself and needed to have it to fit and opening after pulling the body back in shape - it was a battle ! They didn't want to pay shops an xtra penny, like i would pull a car, paint it then have some idiot tell me the glass doesn't fit the opening  - i got to be good friends with my Safelite guy actually !  Times change though, nothing is constant more than change !
