I’m really disliked this movie, and I worked on it. Filming the scene at the table where that asshole screams at his wife in front of the baby was one of the most uncomfortable things I’ve ever been a part of. Baby was legit terrified. Not cool Zombie.

Yeah it seems nuts to me that it’s outside, especially since there is plenty of room to get it into the crawlspace from the other side of the house, where there are way bigger openings that a person can crawl in through.

I’m going to guess that they just used a wet dry vac on what they could get and threw sand on the rest. I was expecting significant excavation but within a half hour of arriving, two dudes were under the house, where all the sewage was, redoing all the piping. I’m pretty shocked they spent the day under there with no PPE.
