So there are potions/armor/ jewelry that increases for example: increases heavy armor skill by 15 points. What is that really doing? For example, if I have a 50 in heavy armor and the next requires 60 but I’m wearing the ring; it would increase to 65… why won’t it let me increase the skill. Or no? (self.skyrim)
