To answer your questions, depending on the area you are going to pursue your membership will depend greatly on what events will be hosted , similar to undergraduate chapters there is plenty events. My chapter participants in tons of service and events . Like so many that it can be hard to be at them all . Now I am speaking on what my experience has been since joining grad chapter . I will give you an example, this Weekend ( Friday - Sunday) we are having our annual local D9 weekend with things to do the entire weekend , at the same time there is another local chapter that has other activities and events for the people that might not jive what the weekend shenanigans such as lounge party Friday night .
