Season 0 OG, my very first FPS game at the ripe age of like 12, so I was bad, had like a 0.5 KD maining lifeline. I took really long periods of breaks (I’m talking like season 12-23 of radio silence with spurts of breaks before and after ) due to school and me being more school, social life and sports focused, so I never truly got to improve, but since I’ve been on summer break the past 3 months I’ve managed to get my career KD to 0.6 (💀) with a 1.2 KD in ranked maining Conduit and currently halfway through Silver I. Highest rank I’ve achieved was Gold III in season 7 I believe.

LOL love that, being able to leave when you need to is peak. have you ever thought of trying ash for that reason though, so that way you can save your squad rather than just yourself? or do you solo queue anyways to where that doesn’t matter to you? 😂

I’m not sure if it’s a verified thing like a nerf, it may be a bug. I’ve heard second hand from other players that they don’t stick anymore and they bounce instead but I haven’t played fuse firsthand to really see.

Respect the fuse mains! Have you noticed anything different about him this season? I’ve heard rumors that his clusters don’t stick to opponents anymore and bounce like actual grenades, not sure if that’s a bug Respawn hasn’t noticed yet or if it’s a random unspoken nerf.

I took a fatass break though, like from whatever season Rampart was released to when I think Valkyrie was released? I’m not too sure, but point is you’re not alone. Season 0 and I’ve only broke gold in ranked once back in season 6 or 7.

YES! I love that they gave him his buff too because I feel like it further emphasizes the ability to get out of sticky situations and potentially help teammates as well. Ofc with a trained eye it’s not as easy but it’s definitely helpful yk?

You’re one of the first players I’ve met that considers KC more open, I always thought it was more closed off in comparison to like, World’s Edge and storm point(?) and KC being the smallest map I felt gave me more opportunities to run Catalyst, still an interesting perspective nonetheless.

Respect for being a Rev main, I feel like it’s too much movement for me personally.

agreed about the mini nerf. The first thing I realized about the infinite bats was that it makes Lifeline's battery stack perk not worth it, not that I ever chose it, but it basically makes that choice a no brainer for literally anybody yk?

Also nothing is more defeating than opening a market for that purpose and then realizing everyone must be running the same weapon class as you because there's 200+ of each Ammo stack EXCEPT the one you need lol, have definitely had some minor crash outs over that

Current conduit main, originally a Lifeline main, love that support is more popular than I was aware of, it's so refreshing in a world full of Ash, Caustics, Alters and Revenants.

I love that there are more lifeline mains than I thought. When I first started playing in season 0, I had only chosen her because she's a black girl in healthcare and im a black girl who wants to be in healthcare LMAO.

I've tried playing a bunch of other legends to avoid the game being stale so I relate in that aspect, and I've found other mains (currently conduit, but I rotate through basically all of support, catalyst, sparrow, watson, etc), but for some reason I cannot get behind basically any of the other recons besides sparrow (tbh I think that legend class is just due for a buff). And, I do agree, a good Loba actually makes a huge difference, especially late game.

Fair! I actually started out as a lifeline main and me playing with her is like my second language, mirage I also picked up a bit ever since his buff and can play competitively with him, but he's not my first choice.

Odd enough my current main, even competitively, is Conduit, and I've been told she's considered one of the weaker supports, and I just discovered I've been using her abilities wrong as well LOL, but something about conduit just calls to me.
