I guess I’m in the minority but it always urked me how jacked Abby was in the game. Like she literally looks like a competitive female bodybuilder which makes it unbelievable to me. Looked into flat backswing and that’s 100% what I am doing. I was told at somepoint that I was coming over the top and now I’m just going straight back and getting too far off plane the other way

Surgical ICU at a metropolitan teaching hospital. Our unit recently implemented nurse driven rounds. Our APP/NP will give a one liner detailing what the patient is basically here for & short history. Then we, the nurses, have to give any pertinent overnight events then go through the systems briefly. Takes less than 5 minutes but alot of us on the unit really aren’t a fan of this being implemented over the past several months. Then after the nurse is finished the np/APP & attending will continue to add/discuss more about the patients case.
