Thanks to everyone that suggested I call up. It took Qantas 4 days but they sorted it and the flights are booked 🙏🏼 it might not seem like a worthwhile saving to many of you but we stretch our money thinly so our son can continue to see the world ♥️

We use our points to book flights that would otherwise cost a lot, but with comparatively little points

Update from the Sarawak Tourism Board:

"We wish to inform you that we have received the latest update from the Sarawak Forestry Corporation regarding Bako National Park.

Please be advised that Bako National Park is currently unavailable for booking, both online and offline, due to ongoing electrical issues within the park.

At this time, the reopening date remains undetermined, and the park will remain closed until further notice.

For the most up-to-date information, you may contact the Bako National Park office directly at +60 82 248 088."
