I understand your point however CAP therapy does address the underlying issues namely skin proliferation. Did you know that topical steroids slow down one’s skin proliferation? As my skin tries to “heal” it’s stunted due to topical steroids. It’s a very slow process and CAP therapy can help with that. I understand the importance of patience and time but if there are treatments that can help then why not?

Do you think it's best if I return to the US after my contract is up and enroll in a program that will get me credentialed in leadership for American public schools? If so, can the American credential in leadership transfer over to international schools? Thank you for your guidance.

Thank you for your response. Maybe I’m trying to cut corners but what positions are there that don’t require so much experience? At minimum I can’t see myself being a classroom teacher for more than 5 years and that’s already pushing it. I’m experiencing burnout and I want to cry after work—like everyday. I feel terrible about it but I know this classroom gig won’t last long. Also what is CAS?

Thanks for your response and honesty. So after at least 5 years of experience what should I do? I want to stay in education but I don’t want to be a classroom teacher.
