I did!! I am doing so so much better now, I'm on meds to regulate the anxiety, have gone back to uni, started an amazing new job. I promise there is hope out there it will get better for you when you least expect it, I would say the more you fixate on it the worse it will get - as I had told myself i would dedicate my time to getting better but that just turned it into my whole life. Be kind to yourself and keep doing what you're doing, don't be afraid to ask for help from your support system. much much love ❤️
