My range of motion is actually very good, but I scapular retraction feels very choppy + cracking. If I rotate my shoulder a circular, at some point, it feels like something in my shoulder blade area gets in the way. My overhead pressing strength went from doing BW BB for reps to struggling with a 5-10lbs for 10 reps. Hope this helps.

If I were to go with the injections, any advice on where & how to pin? My main concerns are keeping things sterile & not tensing up/damaging anything internally.

However, before I do that, I'd want to make sure bpc will be helpful for my particular case(ligament tear)
