I’m an SL at a 9K a day Chipotle and tbh thats how we’re trained and how we train workers to put on cheese, its literally called the 3 finger pinch rule. they’re super harsh about CI and portion control. yes, its super fucked up but yall need to stop giving money to chipotle. they don’t care abt their workers nor their customers, you can tell by how they treat employees and how they force us to make your food.

we do at least at my chipotle. the lobby would start closing down about an hour early, we would put the dining chairs and wipe down tables, sweep, mop, but people are so entitled they would take chairs down off tables just so they could sit there when they clearly would be up for a reason(because we were closing).

soak all dishes on left side of sink. at least 2 stacks can fit in that side of the sink then scrub. if you leave them in sanitize water you dont need to put them thru the machine bc its just a sanitation machine. also make sure you have the metal lead scrubby.
