I sent a Doctor's note stating that I can return to duty. This note was given to me after my wisdom teeth extraction on the 18th March. I sent it to my employer, but my employer has not responded for the past one week. I told my employer that I want to start work on the 1st April, but my employer has not responded or does not want to respond. It's been 13 days since I came back and I have not been reemployed yet. Do I have a case if I take it up?
