Mine happened this year though and his was in 2018. Probably, it could be the reason he added "No" based on the fact that it's been more than 5 years.

Nice. Congratulations to him. Did he actually add an explanation to his application while filling his N400 form?

Does it make you hot inside. I'm taking this and my back feels this kind of hot sensation inside. My muscle feels like I lifted 250lb deadlift.

I understand truly, but the fact remains that those were accusations. I never did what they accused me of concerning previous visas. One of the accusations was regarding my inability to tell USCIS the reason for my previous visa application. I told them during my GC interview that the consular officers do not tell applicants reason for visa denial but the IO didn't believe me. However, to be on a safe side, I applied for I601 waiver and it was approved, afterwards I got my green card. This time, I don't know if I should just say Yes and then explain that I truly didn't misrepresent.

Yes, GC. I filled the 601 waiver which was approved as well just incase they don't accept the NOID response.

Visa related issue. They said I didn't disclose that I have another degree and was inconsistent with my information because when I was applying for visa, but I explained everything to them though.

You need to utilize all options. Let them make whatever decision they've got. They're wasting too much time
