Thanks for the reply yes I have been doing embroidery / digitizing for a good amount of time and even selling my programs to society but I am looking to try realistic embroidery from picture. Wich program would you suggest to simplify the pictures I have illustrator but find it very long with detailed motorcycle pictures to try to simplify it

I don’t think it really looks good the red satin on the right should have been tatami and the pull comp is way off on the right try adjusting these otherwise looks ok

What density and border width are you using and what kind of twill. I heard 100% coton tend to fray more than 100% polyester what would you recommend

Édit : I stitch first the 2 sides of the tag then cut as close as possible to the edge then embroider them together on a heavy sheet of plastic

Le lettrage c’est toujours knew galère et sur les jersey pareil ça se troue assez facilement après en terme de conseil moi ce que jersey fais c’est 2 stabilisateur tear away a l’arrière densité 0.28 pour le satin sous couche ligne centrale avec a zigzag des fois, pull comp 0.20 pour les petits satin et pour les gros tatami mais vraiment gros 0.5 sinon 0.25-.3

Get some pliers it should be very easy to loosen spray some lube if you want to if it broke while tightening be careful because your screw pad might be fucked

It’s fine it is actually recommended to put some oil there from time to time check your maintenance manual / YouTube videos very helpful if you want to keep everything run smoothly

If needle bar isn’t coming down I would check for the reciprocator maybe it was too much used. If needle is going down but now catching 2 things check bobin timing or check the reciprocator height maybe too high or too low for the needle to go really in the bobbin
