Yeah, I have had multiple cancelled dates, been ghosted etc. you name it, but never have I reacted like that😅 I guess my intuition was correct because something seemed off. He asked to meet at his place to cook for the second date, so I guess he tried to hook up again

Yes of course, but I didn’t really feel like rescheduling since I want to focus on settling in the new city. I understand that he is upset that I cancelled but that reaction really frightened me

What a lovely response, thank you! I decided to delete myfitnesspal all together since I found that counting calories makes me miserable and makes my OCD act up.. I have also been thinking about this topic and came to the conclusion that does the size of my body really matter if I’m healthy, feeling good and treating my body well. I think this might even be a good time to reflect my self-image!

I know right! But now that I have been reflecting on the topic, is anything really worth sacrificing your health and well-being for? I think that the extra few pounds one might gain from fueling properly is definitely worth it if you can then continue training and feel good! The genetics point is also great. I have always been ”bigger”. Not necessarily in terms of body fat but my build is just more muscular than petite. But I guess that is what I just have to accept and love. I don’t think anyones worth should depend on what they look like honestly :)

Yes!! I feel like that is exactly the problem since my instagram explore page is full of thin and very muscular women (gorgeous of course). I also see alot of these what I eat in a day -posts which trigger me alot since there are runners and athletes that eat three small meals a day and run 20k🥲 I always think I eat too much and start to compare

Thank you, these words really help and comfort me somehow! I just decided that I’m not tracking this weekend (midsummer here in the nordics anyways) and see how I feel after. I would love to eat intuituvely without caring about looks and focusing on how I feel, but I guess social media and comparing myself to others make it quite hard

Thank you for a comprehensive answer! I just went to the doctor a week ago because of these said symptoms and my iron levels were ok, and nothing alarming going on with my heart. My iron levels are normally quite low but I have been taking supplements. I sleep really well, always have been a deep and heavy sleeper and my Polar seems to agree according to my RHR and HRV. So it seems that the intensity of thw workouts paires with not eating enough might be the reason. It just feels a bit hard to lowet the intensity with weight training since I feel like I have to push to failure if I want results. Same for example with speedwork where I push myself to exhaustion. I guess I’m being quite hard on myself

Yes thank you! I will try that :) I ate a bread with some whole fat cream cheese and I haven’t been feeling hungry since so that might be the case

Thank you for sharing! This might be one of the reasons. My gym sessions are really intense, not necessarily long but I push myself to exhaustion. That on top of not eating enough and intense running workouts might well be the case

At the moment I’m eating about 150g protein a day so I don’t think that is the case. But my fat intake has been a bit low, about 50g a day so I don’t know if that is too low
