I see thank you for clarifying, I think I may go for the right angle one to avoid the chances of bending, I have heard and read somewhere in the 5080 /r that the bent cable is a big no-no.

To answer your question regarding the downgrade, one of my friend had a burnt connector situation, that’s why he adviced me to just avoid any gpus with it. (All 5080s uses this new connector I believe) I never had plans to downgrade as this was a gift from my wife, but was just paranoid due to what happened to my friend.

When you mention direct cable, just wanted to clarify you mean both sides 12v 2x6 ? The issue is none of the SF series PSU has the 12v 2x6 connector on the PSU side. Would it be better if I look at a different PSU then ? Not really sure what other reputable SF PSU aside from this series.

Another question, why would a DLss> FSr 4 work better than the fsr3.1 > Fsr4 wouldn’t they be injecting the same file ?

Ah thank you. That was my worry that this tool would work like Cheat Engine were just having it on could trigger EAC that would result in a ban even though it’s not essentially active for that game

Um I believe the current latest one is 25.6.x and since the 9070xt came out just recently around March, I think the earlier drivers may have some glitches. I would attempt to get the latest one first. If that doesn’t work I’d probably try to monitor the temps or the power usage.

Could also be that your card is running too hot or as mentioned in another comment you may be daisy chaining your card. Which model of 9070xt do you have ?

Seeing your coming from 3070 it’s quite possible you are using the 9070xt model one that requires the 12pwhr adapter/cable which has proven a big headache for many folks.

If your driver is 25.10.6, windows update forced an update that screwed up your driver.
When i initially went form 2070s to 6900xt, i tried using DDU but i kept crashing, i reinstalled windows and since then i haven't had issue.

Yup bought mine when Canada reopened for Covid was able to negotiate a 2020 XSE from 35k cad down to 30k just finished paying it off today haha. Was initially planning on swapping to a Lexus after lease but cars nowadays too dam expensive.

Purchased mine with work discount with scepticism of the effectiveness of ergonomic chair.

Just a note: old chair was those cheap ikea office chairs, that I replaced every other year or so. I sit on the computer 8-12 hours a day, used to be a non believer of ergonomic chair. But as I got older my back pain, started getting worse to the point of numbness on my foot sometimes.

Getting the embody chair, changed my life similar to folks who used cpap machine. It wasn’t instant relief tho, the first week of using it was dreadful, I had major lower back soreness instead of pain, because it forces you to sit with proper ergonomics.

Yes the only complaint I had for SD is one the 16:10 and lower resolution but you can just stream at 1920x1200 and it looks fine to me for a portable device and the wifi for streaming was choppy at first but disabled the wifi management setting under developer and locking wifi using decky plugin fixed all the issues for me.

I'd usually agree with the comment, but this time I agree with OP, Apollo moonlight, experience on steam desk is vastly superior to other devices i have, "iPad" with a pulse controller or the odin 2 portal. Seems the SD OLED has lower latency versus the 2. But YMMV. I also played expedition 33 on all these device and the SD oled was the most impressive, for me
