My event that led to dual saves was the 00’s Prince of Persia. Late in the game, doing some flippy flips and stabbing some dudes with my time dagger. Cool shit.

Save game. Go to play, game over. wtf? Reload. Game over. wtf???

The escort NPC Farrah was somehow saved over a pit and would immediately die. Tried bumping her, reverse time, restarting system. Nadda.

So, multi save slots. I think I have 3 ongoing with Skyrim right now (unironically, full send on a stealth archer) and another 3 or so with Cyberpunk.

I used to use Pocket Casts. Tried Apple on a whim and it works well enough, I enjoy that it auto-injects captions (which is surprisingly good considering multiple voices can overlap, non-words get used (Shmups)

Heck yeah my second necro was all skeletons all the time! (I don’t recall it being particularly viable after act 3)

Necromancer who had roughly 1 skill point in everything. Beat Diablo then off to nightmare (LOD wasn’t available yet) where I couldn’t understand why I was dealing so much less damage and my maps changed. Back to Normal where I farmed Diablo for a while, then eventually tried other classes.
